Job Description

  • Inform potential and existing customers about our products and procedures.
  • Order entry in SAP
  • Follow up on open orders, stock, and MTO.
  • Check SKU/MTO availability.
  • Follow up quotations by actively calling customers
  • Support customers with technical questions.
  • Calculate freight charges.
  • Inform customers about actions and price changes.
  • Handle any type of complaint in a proficient way
  • Create and provide necessary documents (Certpro, customs, COO, etc.).
  • Conduct mitigating controls.
  • Determine shipment method and price.
  • Train and support colleagues.
  • Collaborate on improvement projects.
  • Work closely with the regional sales manager to pamper customer

Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in a customer service department and export regulations.
  • Accustomed with SAP modules S&D, MM.
  • Experience in a corporate environment.
  • Commercial skills for following up on quotes and projects.
  • Working in a multicultural environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Lean processes
  • Knowledge of products and spare parts
  • Sales & Operations Planning
  • ERP
  • Technical knowledge of products or willingness to learn

Education:

  • Professional bachelor or equal through experience

Languages (one of the first four should be native), not mandatory to speak all:

  • German (is a pro)
  • English (fluent)
  • Dutch (fluent)
  • French (fluent)
  • Any other language is an asset
