Mission
Achieve or exceed sales targets in Spain & Portugal by promoting and selling The Crosby Group's products and services. This would involve building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners, demonstrating the features and benefits of The Crosby Group's products and services, and closing sales deals to drive revenue growth. Approx. 40% of focus time would be spent on Fishing & Aquaculture, with rest spending on O&G, Construction, General Industry, and other segments. There is a possibility to expand the reach to additional countries such as Italy, France, Morocco, etc. but needs to be discussed.

Conditions are variable, depending on assignment and may include extended periods of sitting, while traveling, working on computer, talking on phone, etc., extended periods of standing and/or walking when traveling and calling on customers. Speaking, listening, reaching, lifting, bending stooping and climbing may also be required. Exposure to elements, including extreme heat and cold may also be required.
Normal office conditions. Office may be located in a multi-level office building. Job demands may require long periods of sitting, telephone work and/or computer work, as well as interaction with other people.
