Junior Process Engineer

Kito Chain Italia, a long-established company and leader in the production of industrial chains and lifting systems, part of the Kito Crsoby Group, is looking for a Junior Process Engineer (he/she) for its plant in Tarvisio (Udine).

Reporting to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing production processes, working with the Production, Quality, and Technical Departments to improve performance, quality, and costs.

This position, as part of the Operations team, will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing production processes, collaborating with Production, Quality, and the Technical Department to improve performance, quality, and costs.

Main Activities

• Process analysis and identification of areas for improvement (timing, motion, costs).
• Definition and updating of work cycles and operating instructions.
• Management of industrialization projects and introduction of new technologies or equipment.
• Support to the Production team for fine-tuning process parameters and troubleshooting.
• Monitoring process KPIs and promoting continuous improvement activities (Lean, 5S, SMED).
• Collaboration with Quality in managing non-conformities and customer complaints.
• Participation in process audits and technical validations.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Management Engineering or similar education.
• Experience, even brief, in process engineering, production, or industrialization in the metalworking sector.
• Knowledge of technical drawing and major CAD software is preferred.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and process analysis tools.
• Good knowledge of technical English. · Analytical skills, proactivity and teamwork orientation.
• Mother tounge Italian
